Terms and Conditions – 2026 Martial Arts Challenge
By registering for and participating in the 2026 Martial Arts Challenge, hosted by Bibbins Tae Kwon Do, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that martial arts competition involves inherent risks of physical injury, including but not limited to bruises, sprains, broken bones, and other serious injuries. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the event, including travel to and from the venue.
2. Waiver and Release of Liability
I release and hold harmless Bibbins Tae Kwon Do, its instructors, volunteers, staff, venue personnel, sponsors, and all other event officials from any and all liability, claims, or demands for injuries or damages that may occur as a result of participation in this event. This waiver includes travel to and from the event and applies to competitors, spectators, and family members.
3. Medical Authorization
In the event of an injury or emergency, I authorize Bibbins Tae Kwon Do staff or medical personnel to administer first aid or emergency medical care, and I accept financial responsibility for all medical treatment rendered.
4. Fitness to Participate
I affirm that the registered participant is physically capable and has no medical condition that would prevent safe participation in martial arts competition. I understand that it is my responsibility to seek medical clearance if uncertain.
5. Code of Conduct
All participants, coaches, and spectators are expected to act respectfully and follow the rules of the tournament. Disruptive behavior, poor sportsmanship, or unsafe conduct may result in disqualification or removal from the event.
6. Media Release
I grant permission for photos or video footage taken during the event to be used for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes by Bibbins Tae Kwon Do without compensation or further consent.
